Questions we get before we start.

Answered the way we answer them on a call. If yours is missing, write to us and we'll add it.

How we work

What happens during the two weeks of the audit?
Together with leadership we pick the ten metrics you decide with, audit each one on your real systems and leave it under one definition with a business owner and a technical owner. It ends with a session in front of leadership: what reconciles, what doesn't, why, and which data or AI initiatives are viable today.
Who gets into our data?
The senior consultant who signs the work. There's no delivery team underneath and no account layer in between: the same person who audits the database writes the queries and defends the findings in front of your board. If something has to be built afterwards, you decide who, and it's done as a separate project.
How much time does our team have to put in?
Enough to grant access and for the owners of each metric to be in the definition sessions. The audit runs on read-only access, so nobody has to prepare extracts. It's also the condition of the guarantee: without owners, no definition lasts.
Can we take the monthly fee without the audit?
No. The fee starts from what the audit measured: without it, the first month would go on doing it anyway, but without the guarantee. And if the audit is all you need, you take everything with you and there's no further commitment.

Data and confidentiality

What gets signed before you see anything?
An NDA always, and where the case calls for it a DPA as well. We work with read-only access. Anonymisation and access control are designed in layers before any model sees a record.
Does our data leave our infrastructure?
No. The audit runs on your systems with read-only access. No copy of your data is taken off your infrastructure, and nothing is loaded into a third-party model without a design that protects it first.
Will you name us as a client?
No. We work under NDA: clients aren't named, results are shown anonymised and only with written permission.
Does this help with the AI Act and GDPR?
Yes. The data policy — retention, anonymisation, who can see what — is part of the work, and the documentation is left audit-ready. The legal side is signed off by your counsel; the technical design to comply with it is ours.

Afterwards

What do we keep at the end of the audit?
The dictionary of your ten metrics, the list of errors found with their impact and fix order, the new view of your business and the verdict on your data and AI initiatives. All yours, whether you deliver it with us or not.
Are we locked into the fee?
No. It ends with one month's notice. And the stated goal of the fee is to stop being needed: when your company needs a full-time data leader, we help you hire one and hand over.
What if the audit says the metrics were fine all along?
Then it's confirmed in writing, which is worth having, and you still get the new view. The guarantee is on the outcome: you end with your ten metrics defined, owned and reconciling.
When can you start?
We work with a few companies at a time and each one is run by the person who signs it. On the first call we tell you when there's a slot; if there isn't one, you get the next.
